Duration
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on the first day of the first month of each calendar quarter, the Sweepstakes ends at 12:00 PM (midnight) EST on the last day of the last month.
Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to residents worldwide who are 21 years of age or older during the Sweepstakes Period. Employees, officers, and directors of American Leisure Vacations, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This Sweepstakes is offered worldwide. Prizes shall only be construed and evaluated according to laws of the United States of America.
How to Enter:
You may enter the Sweepstakes by going to the American Leisure Vacations’ Sweepstakes Portal at http://www.AmericanLeisureVacations.com/sweepstakes or an affiliate sweepstakes web-site. Entrants may enter once daily. Spammers who try to enter hundreds of times daily will be blocked. Entrants agree to receive winner notices and monthly promotions and/or electronic newsletters, phone calls or other marketing communication.
PRIZE
Prize is a monthly draw of two (2) adult Universal FlexTicket™ passes valid for Universal Studios theme parks and select affiliate attractions in Orlando, Florida. This offer is valid for two adults ages 21 and older.
This offer is for the admission tickets only; accommodations (lodging), airfare or other transportation is not included. Certain other restrictions may apply. No alternative prize, cash, or other substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of provider. Any tracking fees, surcharges, transportation, taxes and/or government charges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Selection of Winner:
Winners are determined by randomly selecting a winner every month on the last day of the month for the duration of the sweepstakes period. The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. Prize winners will be notified by e-mail. The Prize winners will have 10 days from notification to accept the prize.
Once the prize is accepted, American Leisure Vacations will mail the necessary documents to the winner at the address entered in the entry form. American Leisure Vacations is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify prize winners. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, the Sweepstakes administration considers the prize forfeited and places the prize back into the Sweepstakes.
By claiming the prize winners are stating that they are eligible and release American Leisure Vacations and/or Associates of any liability. By claiming a prize, winners agree to the use of their name, voice and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Terms and Conditions:
By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of American Leisure Vacations, shall be final and binding. American Leisure Vacations, any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of American Leisure Vacations that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. American Leisure Vacations reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold American Leisure Vacations and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of American Leisure Vacations, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
This Sweepstakes offer is made exclusively by American Leisure Vacations and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with the participation in this offer or any prize awarded.
Universal Orlando Vacation Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions of American Leisure Vacations set forth the legally binding agreement between American Leisure Vacations, its licensors and affiliates, and each person who has the legal right to claim a prize ("Winner"). Winner must also comply with all fulfillment company terms and conditions and policies, available from the particular company (" Terms"). American Leisure Vacations shall not be liable for any claim by Winner resulting from any breach of the Terms by the fulfillment company or Winner.
- PRIZE AWARD – Prizes are awarded free of charge at the office of American Leisure Vacations or a participating affiliate in Orlando, Florida. To maintain the same value received by each prize winner, winners who wish the prize shipped are subject to a minimal shipping and handling charge of $5.00 to cover postage and labor.
- SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – This sweepstakes promotion will run beginning at 12:01 AM (EST) on September 16, 2008 until 12:00 AM (EST) on September 15, 2009.
- CLAIM PERIOD – Winners may claim one (1) vacation per family or household in any twelve (12) month period.
- TRANSFERABILITY – The prize is transferable prior to registration. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash.
- AGE RESTRICTION – Winner is required to be 21 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied in the same accommodation by a parent, relative or guardian 25 years or older.
- LIABILITY – American Leisure Vacations and/or the fulfillment company and/or accommodation provider do not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense, inconvenience, loss, injury, death or damage to persons or property.
- RESTRICTIONS – This offer is void where prohibited by law and is not valid for sponsors, distributors, employees, or family members of the participating entities of this sweepstakes.
